Big Hut Rentals

Our Big Hut is renowned on Lake Simcoe for its size and luxury! Available for day fishing or entire weekends, this 12’ X 12’ hut fishes 8 people comfortably, and sleeps 4 with ease.  It is outfitted with lights, a surround sound stereo system, a coffee table and a toasty thermostat controlled propane heater. There are cooking facilities along with basic cookware. Tip up stands are provided as well as a gaff for hauling in your catch!  There is a washroom located beside the hut. The huts are placed anywhere between 15 to 40 feet of water so make sure you have plenty of line!  Holes are 10 inch augered holes and huts are moved regularly.  Transportation to and from shore is provided. There is only ONE BIG HUT so book NOW!!!

Daily Rates Monday to Friday (24 hour minimum stay)
Rentals begins on a 24 hour cycle at 4pm Monday to Friday

$400 per day maximum 8 people

Big Hut rental is available after 4pm ONLY

Full Weekend Rates (Friday night or Saturday morning until Sunday 4pm)

$700 per weekend

Built-in couches sleep four comfortably. Any additional overnight guests need to bring cots. Blankets/sleeping bags are NOT provided. Overnight trips throughout the week can be arranged upon request.

Four Man Hut Rentals

Our four man huts are designed to fish up to four people in comfort.  The stove burner doubles as a heater. Please bring your own food and cookware. Tip up stands are provided. For parties with that 5thor 6thfisherman, additional holes can be drilled outside the hut to accommodate your extra fisherman. Transportation is provided to and from shore. Dress warmly for the ride as the transport sled is not heated! There is an on ice washroom nearby. The huts are situated in approximately 15 to 40 feet of water so bring plenty of line.  Holes are 10 inch augered holes and huts are moved regularly.

At this time we only offer weekend rentals only.
